- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation: City Councilmember Dave Neff b. Pledge: City Councilmember Kelly Kimber 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: This is an opportunity for the Public to address the City Council with items that are not listed on the agenda. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be INCLUDED as part of the official record. 3. UTE FOOTBALL REQUEST: Peterson Family 4. 2025 AMENDED BUDGET PREVIEW AND 2026 PROPOSED BUDGET PRESENTATION 5. MAYOR'S REPORT 6. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION ITEMS 7. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS 8. POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION: Utah State Code Annotated 52-4-205 allows for the governing body of the city to enter closed session to discuss matters referred to in the above statute. 9. Adjournment.
