Adjourn Regular Meeting PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Heber Valley Special Service District will hold public hearings to discuss and consider a rate increase and the 2026 preliminary budget. Interested citizens living in the District's service area (Heber City, Midway City and unincorporated areas of Wasatch County) are invited to attend the hearing and offer public comments. 1. Budget Hearing- Take public comments with respect to the calendar year 2026 preliminary budget and consider adoption per Resolution 25-3.
