- HIDEOUT, UTAH TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING December 11, 2025 Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of Hideout, Utah will hold its Regular Meeting electronically via Zoom and in person at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout Utah for the purposes and at the times as described below on Thursday, December 11, 2025. All public meetings are available via ZOOM conference call and YouTube Live. Discussion and possible Appointment of a Representative of Hideout to engage in discussions regarding the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). A Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) - a strategic all hazards document, with the local jurisdictions and agencies through mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Acts as the master blueprint for coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless transitions to state and federal aid when local capabilities are exceeded. 5. Discussion and possible Adoption of the Planning Commission Rules and Regulations. 6. Approval of 2026 Regular Meeting schedule. 7. Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to enter into a possible extension and/or amendment for the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Wasatch County Sheriff's Office VI. Committee Updates 1.
