- Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss and recommend possible amendments to the Kanab City Land Use Ordinance and General Ordinances: Land Use Ordinance, Chapter 11: Sensitive Lands; amendment is to discuss and recommend adopting a Wildland Urban Interface designated area General Ordinances, Section 10-600: Fire, Health, Safety and Welfare; amendment is to discuss and recommend adopting the 2006 edition of the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
