- Magna City Board of Canvassers Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Magna City Council will hold a Board of Canvassers Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 immediately following the 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting at the Magna Webster Center, located at 8952 W Magna Main St., Magna UT 84044 Canvass of 2025 Municipal General Election Votes A. Call to Order B. Business Items: a. Convene as the Board of Canvassers and Review the Tabulation of Election Returns, of the November 4, 2025 Municipal General Election Provided by the Salt Lake County Elections Division - Diana Baun, City Recorder b. Resolution R2025-16, Accepting and Approving the Provided Tabulation of 2025 Municipal General Election Returns Provided by the Salt Lake County Elections Division and Included as Part of this Resolution when Adopted - Diana Baun, City Recorder C. Council Remarks D. Adjournment Date Published: November 13, 2025 To join electronically, please use the same meeting link from the City Council Agenda. The electronic meeting will stay connected after the council meeting to broadcast the Board of Canvassers meeting.
