- NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY APPEALS HEARING OFFICER will hold a Public Hearing on December 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the item described below: NOTE: This hearing will be held in person as well as online via Zoom. For Online meeting participation, please click on the following link (comments can be made during the public comment portion of the meeting once recognized by the host): https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89429036988?pwd=INcmAZADoSh8Njv3AtXaL7uA3wxf3r.1. Public comments and questions can also be made via email prior to December 15th at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205. This hearing will also be available for viewing live (with a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. 1. Michael and Kit Kosakowski are appealing the decision of the Wasatch County Building Official to issue building permit (25-803) for Star Harbor Estates subdivision Lot B. Lot B is located at 1687 W. Alpine Avenue in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ). All interested persons are invited to attend. For information, please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205.
