- NOTICE OF A FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JORDAN VALLEY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District will hold a Finance Committee meeting at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the District Administration Building located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Trustees and members of the public may attend this meeting electronically or in person. For information on how to 'attend' the meeting electronically, visit Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District's website at (https://jvwcd.org/calendar/1633/finance-committee-meeting) AGENDA 1. Introductory comments by Finance Committee Chair 2. Review proposed operation and maintenance expenditures budget 3. Review proposed general equipment expenditures budget 4. Review debt service schedule and 10-year Financial Plan 5. Review proposed capital projects expenditures budget 6. Review fiscal year 2023/2024 water rate study and calculated water rates 7. Discussion of fiscal year 2023/2024 budget review and use of funds from the Revenue Stabilization Fund and tentative water rate adjustment 8. Upcoming Meetings: a. Regular Board meeting, Wednesday, April 12, at 3:00 p.m. (tentative budget approval) b. Annual Member Agency meeting, Wednesday, April 26, at 10:00 a.m. c. Public Hearing, Wednesday, May 10, at 6:00 p.m. d. Regular Board meeting, Wednesday, June 7, at 3:00 p.m. (adoption of water rates and tentative 2023/2024 budget) e. Property tax hearing/adoption of 2023/2024 budget, Wednesday, August 9, at 6:00 p.m. (if needed) 9. Adjourn
