- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-609, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District, will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, on the budget tentatively adopted for 2026 for the Utah Valley Road Special Service District. After the public hearing, the Administrative Control Board of the Utah Valley Road Special Service District may make final adjustments to its budget and, by resolution, shall adopt its final budget for 2026, subject to later amendment.
