- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor - LWCF. B. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille - Road Design Standards. C. Review of Resolution No. 2025-12-08-01 - A Resolution Establishing Business License Payment Terms and Conditions. D. Review of Resolution No. 2025-12-08-02 A Resolution of Eureka City for the Purpose of Establishing a General Schedule of the Fees Charges by the City. E. PTIF - Banking Accounts. F. Jenny Rosal - Review of Apprenticeship Program through Rural Water. G. Dennis Gunn - Review of Quote from Rural Water Association - Spark Fun GIS/GPS Data Receiver & Accessories. H. Review of Annual Meeting Schedules. I. Discussion on Christmas Bonus for employees. J. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from November 17, 2025, Council Meeting. - Treasurer's Report for November 2025, - Claims against the City from November 18, 2025 - December 11, 2025. - Building Permit Report for November 2025. - Work Order Report for November 2025. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
