- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday December 9, 2025 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting November 12, 2025. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) December 2025. 3. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget. 4. Update Admin updates from Nan McKay (Consulting firm) HOTMA, INSPIRE. 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DS 6. Jimmie Hughes the new City of St. George Mayor 7. SGHA Employee Christmas / End of year Performance Incentive Increases. 8. Reports from Board Members and Housing Director. 9. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale of the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
