- CITY OF SOUTH JORDAN BOARD OF CANVASSERS MEETING AGENDA CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Council will hold a Board of Canvassers Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah. Persons with disabilities requesting assistance should contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The Agenda will be as follows: Canvass of 2025 Municipal General Election Votes A. Call to Order B. Business Items: B.1. Convene as the Board of Canvassers and review the attached tabulation of election returns, identified as 'Exhibit A', of the November 4, 2025 Municipal General Election provided by the Salt Lake County Election Division. B.2. Resolution R2025-62, Adopting the 2025 General Election Canvass of Votes. RCV (By Deputy City Recorder, Ambra Holland) C. Council Remarks ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING STATE OF UTAH ) COUNTY OF SALT LAKE ) I, Anna Crookston, the duly appointed City Recorder of South Jordan City, Utah, certify that the foregoing Board of Canvassers Meeting Agenda was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the geographic jurisdiction of the public body. The agenda was also posted at the principal office of the public body and also posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html and on South Jordan City's website at www.sjc.utah.gov.
