- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-2-811, the Utah County Boundary Commission will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to determine whether the proposed Brent Money Annexation into Spanish Fork City, Utah: (I) Complies with the requirements of Utah Code Sections 10-2-804 and 10-2-806, and the annexation policy plan of Spanish Fork City; (2) Conflicts with the annexation policy plan of another municipality; and (3) Contains urban development that will have an adverse tax consequence on the remaining unincorporated area of Utah County. A copy of the protest filed by Springville City is available for inspection at the Utah County Clerk's Office, located at I 00 East Center Street, Provo, Utah.
