- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PROPOSED INCREASE OF FERRON CITY CULINARY WATER, SECONDARY WATER AND SEWER RATES AND FEES Ferron City intends to increase culinary water, secondary water and sewer rates. The proposed increase will affect all customers served inside Ferron City boundaries. The proposed increase will also affect all customers served outside of Ferron City boundaries, county connections. Ferron City will have a detailed schedule of proposed rates and fees for the next 5 years available for public review at the City Hall office during regular business hours. A public hearing will be held to hear comments regarding the proposed rates and fees for the next 5 years. The Public Hearing will be held December 9, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber located in Ferron City Hall 20 East Main Street Ferron, Utah 84523 I, the undersigned duly appointed Recorder of Ferron City, hereby certify that the foregoing public notice was posted at the following locations: Ferron City Hall: 20 E Main St, Ferron, UT 84523 Ferron Post Office: 60 N 100 W, Ferron, UT 84523 Ferron City Website: https://www.ferroncityutah.gov/public-hearing.htm Utah Public Meeting Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ Individuals may also call City Hall at 435-384-2350 to request a copy.
