- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 178-1-609, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 8 will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December I 0th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, I 00 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider amending the 2025 budget, including revising estimates or revenues, revising budget appropriations, and authorizing transfers of unencumbered or unexpended balances between departments within the same fund. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 8 may amend the 2025 budget, including revising estimates or revenues, revising budget appropriations, and authorizing transfers of unencumbered or unexpended balances between departments within the same fund.
