Approval of Minutes - Mayor February 15, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. February 28, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 02/01/2023 to 02/28/2023 in the amount of ($1,872.34) 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register dated 02/28/2023 to 03/10/2023 in the amount of $600,329.16. Requisitions and Out of State Travel Request 7. Discussion/Action - Christa Lee Durrant Discussion/Action: Miss Mount Pleasant Pageant 8. Discussion/Action - Shay Morrison Discussion/Action: Community Project Funding Applications (CPF) Labor Commission Grant 9. Discussion/Action - Shane Ward Discussion/Action: Intermountain Power Superintendents Association Mutual Aid Agreement Municipal Toolkit April 2023 10. Approval of Resolutions - Mayor Resolution 2023-03 A Resolution Updating the Administrative Process and Fee for Applicants seeking an Appeal or Variance from Mt. Pleasant City's Appeals Authority. 11. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
