- HINCKLEY TOWN 161 E 300 N - PO BOX 138 Hinckley, UT 84635 Phone: 435-864-3522 Fax: 435-864-3341 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 2023. BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARD - COMMITTEE'S COMMISSION: GUY BRINKERHOFF/ CHAIRMAN MEMBERS: MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, JOE TAYLOR, CLARK MORTENSEN VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Building Permit Application, Chris Palmer, 325 N. 100 W. , 20 x 25 metal building sitting on 18' wide x 12' high footing with gravel floor. 2. Application to Appear, Nathan R. Crop, 459 W. 200 N., install three RV Stations from summer 2023 to summer 2025. 3. Recreational Vehicle Application, Hogan Fowles, 462 N. Main St., place two recreational vehicles. 4. Application to Appear - Lynn Banks, 100 N. 200 W., Lot Split, Parcel H-2201 to be split from lot currently owned by Floyd & Colleen Dutson, 100 N. 200 W. 5. Building Permit Application, Alberto Garcia, 486 N. 200 E., 24 X 24 metal building. 6. Application to appear - building permit, Kelly Day. Place four tiny homes (320 sq ft) on lot located at 225 W. Center. 7. Application to appear - Stephen Draper. Request to place five recreational vehicles on property at 200 E. Center with a picnic area. 8. Review and discuss amending Hinckley Town Zoning Ordinances, Chapter 20, Recreational Vehicles/Trailers. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Updating the General Plan for Hinckley Town. VIII. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Tresa Martin at Hinckley Town, Inc. at 435-864-3522 for anyone needing special assistance at a Hinckley Town public meeting.
