- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL BOARD SPECIALLY FUNDED TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Specially Funded Transportation Special Service District will hold a public meeting in the COMMISSION CHAMBERS of the WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH to commence at 3:00 PM on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025. Pledge of Allegiance: TBD The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Approval of Minutes : December 3, 2024 2. Open and Public Meeting Training 3. Open 2025 Budget for amendments 4. 2026 Proposed Budget Review 5. Fraud Risk Assessment 6. Update on banking move from Zion's to Cache Valley Bank. 7. Appoint Internal Accounts to Execute Transactions on behalf of the Specialty-funded transportation Special Service District.
