- The regular meeting of the West Valley City Professional Standards Review Board in West Valley City, Utah, will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. in the Multi-Purpose Room at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah 84119. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/WVCTV. To participate in the public comment period electronically, please contact rachel.white@wvc-ut.gov by email prior to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Minutes for Meeting of October 9, 2025 4. Public Comments (30 minutes) The comment period is an informal opportunity to voice concerns regarding policing issues in West Valley City. All comments shall relate to policing issues and not to other matters of general concern. Any person wishing to comment shall request recognition by the Chairperson. Upon recognition, the citizen shall approach the microphone and address the Chairperson. All citizen comments shall be directed to the Chairperson and the Board, not other members of the audience or other staff members. Persons speaking during the comment period shall not allow their comments to exceed five minutes. Citizens should not expect debate or dialogue, although the Chairperson or Board members may respond if they so choose. If a citizen violates these requirements or behaves in a disruptive or disorderly manner, he or she shall be removed from the meeting. 5. Motion for Closed Session (Per UCA 52-4-205) 6. Adjourn
