- Agenda Revised Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday December 10, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leedstown.org for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda, Wednesday December 10, 2025 b. Meeting Minutes of November 12, 2025, Work Session c. Meeting Minutes of November 12, 2025 6. Staff Reports 7. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Announcements: 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Hiring of Town Treasurer - Regina Stoll b. A RESOLUTION 2025-09 OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF LEEDS, UTAH, APPOINTING A CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER AND RECORDS OFFICER c. Public Hearing for the amending the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget - Public Comment d. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 BUDGET e. The Cove at Silver Reef f. Ordinance 2025-09 Water Supply Agreement g. A RESOLUTION 2025-11 OF THE LEEDS TOWN COUNCIL ESTABLISHING A TIME FOR REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS AND PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS 10. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205. 11. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
