- HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday December 3rd, 2024, 6:00 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Dr., Providence Ut Comments: The Historic Preservation Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email, and by text. In-person: Providence City Office Building, 164 N Gateway Drive, Providence UT Email: providencecityutah@gmail.com Text: 435-752-9441 Call to Order: George Wootton. Chair Roll Call of Commission Members: Comments from the public: Any member of the public who has a comment pertaining to the mission of the Historical Preservation Commission will have 3 minutes to make their comment. Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: Approval of the minutes for November 5th , 2025. (MINUTES) Item No. 2 Report on Inventory. o City Items - George Wootton o Houses o Barns and Outbuildings. Item No. 3 Report on other local Historical Preservation Commissions - Sue Baker Item No. 4 Report of Preservation Utah - Brendan Lee Item No. 5 Report SHPO vs Preservation Utah - Brendan Lee Item No. 6 Commission vs Society discussion - Skarlet Bankhead Item No. 7 Report on items to be put in city newsletter - Karen Brooks Item No. 8 Tasks to complete by the next meeting date - Set date for the next meeting.
