- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6 p.m. or thereafter on the 19th day of November 2025, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Work Session - 6:00 p.m. 1. Call Work Session to Order 2. Discussion on current and future development matters related to the City's existing infrastructure and proposed text amendments to the Garland City Code 3. Adjourn Dated the 18th day of November 2025 __________________________________ Kristal Edwards, Recorder *Garland City Council reserves the right to go into a closed session at any time during this meeting.
