- HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday November 5th, 2024, 6:00 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Dr., Providence Ut Comments: The Historic Preservation Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email, and by text. In-person: Providence City Office Building, 164 N Gateway Drive, Providence UT Email: providencecityutah@gmail.com Text: 435-752-9441 Call to Order: George Wootton. Chair Roll Call of Commission Members: Comments from the public: Any member of the public who has a comment pertaining to the mission of the Historical Preservation Commission will have 3 minutes to make their comment. Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: Approval of the minutes for July 2nd , 2025. (MINUTES) Item No. 2 Clarification of the wording in the Commission's Responsibilities and Duties. Item No. 3 Clarification of the terms of service for the Chair and Vice Chair. Item No. 4 Appointment of Commission Vice Chair. Item No. 5 Ideas for future work by commission: Meeting schedule, Coming Years. Item No. 6 Tasks to complete by the next meeting date.
