Approval of Minutes October 8, 2025 LEGISLATIVE ITEMS - Public Hearing 3. PUD Zone Change: McLaws An application to consider a proposal for a PUD Zone Change from Commercial 2 (C-2) to PUD Residential 1 (PUD R-1) and PUD Commercial 2 (PUD C-2) for Parcels 1-9-4-6 and 1-9-4-7A containing approximately 418.19 acres, located in East Zion, Kane County, Utah. The application has been submitted by Kevin McLaws and will be considered under Ordinance No. 2025-28. 4. Ordinance 2025-29; Chapter 6: Residential Zones An ordinance amending the Kane County Land Use Ordinance Chapter 6, Residential Zones. 5. Approve Meeting Schedule for 2026 ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 6. Commercial Conditional Use Permit: Hidden Canyon Holdings, LLC An application to consider allowing a Commercial Conditional Use Permit (C-CUP) for Parcel 1-9-1-2, zoned RU-40 containing 171.14 acres. The C-CUP identifies the proposed uses as including cabins, glamping sites, a restaurant, and an event center.
