- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Olympia Public infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 24, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2026 Budget Hearing D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on October 27, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements 2. Consider for adoption Budget Resolution 2025-04 adopting the 2026 Budget 3. Adoption of the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule 4. Consider renewal of the CLA SOW 5. Consider approval of the engagement of District Auditor F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open Public Meeting Training G. Other Items From Board Members H.
