- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 18th day of November 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Mike Kelley - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 7 , 2025 2. Business - Election Canvas - Resolution 25-09 'A Resolution Amending the Clarkston Town Master Fee Schedule To Increase Garbage Collection Fees' - Town Square Church Lease Agreement 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Waste Management Green Waste Update Councilmember M. Stephensen - October Warrant List - Youth Council Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Emergency Management - Cache County School District Councilmember J. Petersen - Roads Department - Parks/Sports/Recreation Dept. - Float/ Parade 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - December 2, 2025 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
