- Notice of Hearing On 3rd day of December, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. the New Harmony Town Council will hold a meeting at 133 E. Center, New Harmony, Utah, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the issue of Ronette Millard requesting consideration for a Non-Conforming designation for the number of animals kept on her property at 134 E. Center, New Harmony, Utah. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Dated this 25th day of November, 2025. Published/posted by order of New Harmony Town Council.
