Consideration of Resolution #R2025-02 designating the proposed Morning Vista Community Reinvestment Project Area, authorizing the preparation of a draft Community Reinvestment Project Areas Plan and Budget; and authorizing and directing all necessary action by the agency, staff, and counsel. 2.b. Consideration of Resolution #R2025-03 designating the proposed SkyView Community Reinvestment Project Area, authorizing the preparation of a draft Community Reinvestment Project Areas Plan and Budget, and authorizing and directing all necessary action by the agency, staff, and counsel. 3.
