- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 pm for board meeting at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Consider a resolution adopting a Water Shortage Contingency Plan 2. Consider a resolution adopting rules and regulations governing delivery of district water supplies and use of district water infrastructure 3. Discussion and approval of Leeds joining the Regional Water Service Agreement 4. Establish the December 1 public hearing for the adoption of the 2026 budget 5. Five-year budget presentation (2026-2030) 6. Update on Chief Toquer Reservoir 7. Consider approval of Hurricane Valley Water System Pipeline & Pump Station Project 8. Consider approval of 2026 Reuse Owner Advisor Workplan with Stantec 9. Consider approval of an amendment to the Silver Cliffs Interlocal Agreement 10. Consider approval of an amendment to the Silver Cliffs Development & Service Agreement 11. Consider approval of Consultant Services Agreement 12.
