- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday November 17, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the November 3, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Colby Blackner: BHS football sponsor/donation 3. 5:15 Mid-Term council vacancy 4. 5:25 Library sign update, painting update water line concerns and sidewalk repairs. 5. 5:35 Tevan Erickson: Tire replacement quotes 6. 5:45 Resolution No. 11.17.25B: A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MINERSVILLE, UTAH APPOINTING A CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER AND RECORDS OFFICER IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT DATA PRIVACY ACT (GDPA) 7. 5:55 Round up policy Resolution No. 11.17.25 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A ROUNDING POLICY FOR CASH PAYMENTS DUE TO THE PHASING OUT OF THE PENNY BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. 8. 6:00 Other business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
