- TOWN OF LEEDS Town Council Meeting PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Leeds Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. At the Leeds Town Hall 218 North Main Street, Leeds, Utah, to consider an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Town Budget. The Leeds Town Council will hold a public hearing on the above-mentioned date to consider the following proposed item: AMENDMENT TO 2025-2026 FISCAL BUDGET The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment and to consider adjustments to the current fiscal budget, in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act for Utah Towns (Utah Code § 10-5-108 and § 10-5-117). Copies of the proposed 2025-2026 Amended Budget will be available for review at the Leeds Town Hall during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday) and posted on the Public Notice Website. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to be held in the Leeds Town Hall at 218 North Main Street or present their views in writing to the Leeds Town Clerk/Recorder prior to the meeting. Certificate of Posting The undersigned Clerk/Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted December 1, 2025.
