- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17B-1-609, the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, Utah, will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, on the budget tentatively adopted for 2026 for the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, Utah. After the public hearing, the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, Utah, may make final adjustments to its budget and, by resolution, shall adopt its final budget for 2026, subject to later amendment.

- NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Jolynn Clegg at (801) 851-8113. Handicap parking is available, as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
