Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Meeting Minutes: November 5, 2025, work and regular meeting, November 12, 2025, special meeting. 4. Checks and Invoices: $ 116,344.65 E. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-17, appointing a chief administrative officer and records officer for the government data privacy act. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2025-07 Work/live zone. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve the Utah law enforcement information sharing analytic program agreement between the Utah department of public safety and Washington county Spillman users. 4.
