- PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 5:00PM The Historic Preservation Board of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. WORK SESSION 5:00PM 2025 General Plan Implementation of Historic Preservation - The Historic Preservation Board will Review the Community Preservation Goals, Strategies, and Actions Outlined in the Implementation Matrix of the General Plan and Provide Input to Staff on Prioritization. External Siding Materials in the Historic Districts - The Historic Preservation Board Will Select Members to Participate on the Materials Advisory Committee and Provide Input to Staff on the Preliminary List of Materials. REGULAR AGENDA Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing, and Action 2026 Regular Meetings - Consideration to Adopt the Historic Preservation Board Regular Meeting Dates for 2026. (A) Action 939 Empire Avenue - Historic District Grant - The Applicant Requests a $9,805 Grant to Repair the Historic Stone Retaining Wall of the Landmark Historic Site.
