- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville Community Development seeks to amend Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 301 Land Use Matrix to allow paint and body shops and Light Industrial Manufacturing as permitted uses in the Highway Commercial Zone. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861
