- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public staff meeting through Zoom https://zoom.us meeting ID #3278889056, commencing on October 23, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING, NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion on new fee schedule and hookup fees 2. Discussion on 2026 budget Approval Items 3. Discussion and or action on approval of the Chalet plat for Powder Haven for 4 ERU's 4. Discussion and or action on approval of the Prado plat for Powder Haven for 38 ERU's 5. Discussion and or action on surplus of two printers 6. Discussion and or action on surplus of the 2018 crane truck 7. Discussion and or action of the Temporary Irrigation Policy 8. Discussion and or action on MJM change order #3 Closed Session Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting.
