- Fountain Green City 2025 Certified Municipal General Election Results - I, Michelle Walker, the duly chosen, qualified, and as City Recorder of the City of Fountain Green, Sanpete County, State of Utah, hereby certify that the following is a true, correct copy of the Canvass Report for the November 4, 2025, Municipal General Election. This report was reviewed and certified by the Board of Municipal General Election. This report was reviewed and certified by the Board of Municipal Canvassers for the City of Fountain Green, Utah, on November 18, 2025.
