- NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 2, 2025. In the event that meeting is not held, the public hearing will be held on December 9, 2025. Please plan accordingly. Planning commission meetings begin at 5:00 PM and are held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to rezone approximately 10.66 acres of property located at approximately 3362 N 5100 E from the Agricultural Valley AV-3 zone to the Forest Residential FR-3 zone, along with a proposed development agreement and concept site and building plans. The initially scheduled hearing for this item, which was scheduled to occur in the Planning Commission's November 24th meeting is cancelled.
