- Wednesday, April 12, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. March 29, 2023 2. Final Plat A. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT A. The proposal is for a 28-lot single family subdivision located at 1400 South 3400 East. B. EXPRESSWAY LANE PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS. The proposal is to subdivide building space within a commercial development located at 971 North SR-51. 3. Preliminary Plat A. RIVER MEADOWS COMMERCIAL CENTER. The proposal involves approval of a Preliminary Plat creating four lots for a non-residential development located at approximately Cal Pac Ave and Arrowhead Trail. B. HAMILTON COMMERCE CENTER SPANISH FORK PHASE 1. The proposal involves approval of a Preliminary Plat creating 3-lots for a non-residential development located at 1600 North 900 West. 4. Concept Review A. CASCADE COLLISION 5. Discussion A. WOODBURY BUILDING PROPOSAL (CANYON CREEK). B. OTHER PROJECTS. 6. Adjourn
