- NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETING UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION OCTOBER 23, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Monthly Meeting commencing at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025. Trustees of UHC will participate via in person or video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Resolution 2025-36, The Cooperative 1581, authorizing the issuance and sale of a tax-exempt mortgage note in an amount not to exceed $23,782,000 6. Resolution 2025-37, authorizing the reservation of federal 4% and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits 7. Training - Utah Public Officers' and Employees' Ethics Act & Board Governance 8.
