- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AGENDA DATE: Thursday, November 20, 2025 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: 4132 North 15675 West | Altamont, Utah 84001 To be placed on the November 20th, 2025, agenda, please contact the office at 435.454.3513, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, so that proper notice can be given. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: A. Call to order B. Confirm quorum, location of meeting, and posting of meeting notices. C. Prayer D. Public Comment CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of Minutes from October 16, 2025, Regular Meeting of the Board (enclosure). PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET: A. Conduct Public Hearing on the Proposed 2026 Budget. (enclosure) FINANCIAL MATTERS: A. Review and consider adoption of the Resolution to Adopt the 2026 Budget. (enclosure) B. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited October 31, 2025, Financial Statements. (enclosure) SYSTEM ISSUES: A. System Update NEW BUSINESS: A. Adoption of the (2) Resolutions for the Otteson and DeHart Annexations. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Confirm quorum for December 18th, 2025. Board Meeting. ADJOURNMENT: The next regular meeting is scheduled for December 18th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Mountain Home Resort in Mountain Home, Utah.
