- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, November 25, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - OCTOBER 28, 2025. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Stevenson Fields - REZONE The applicant, Shaun Athey with Destination Homes, is seeking approval for a rezone request to R-1-10 PRUD (Single Family, Planned Residential Development) for 75.66 acres. The property is located at approximately 2073 West Gentile Street. ADJOURNMENT
