- 1. Review Minutes for last meeting. 2. Review and approve Financial Reports. 3. Consider tentative budget FY 2026. 4. Date for Public Hearing set for December 18, 2025, on final budget. 5. Randy, Update on resolutions needing to be passed in Decembers meeting. 6. Dave, update on waterline project and potential loan for the Division of Drinking Water. 7. Dave update on North side water. This includes previous and upcoming lines. 8. Dave Sanderson, how will billing be done for the northside? Is there an invoice for Condi and the water meter? 9. Dave, review and discuss impact fees. 'Right to have water' as a whole. 10. Cross Connection Flyer, how do we handle this each year? 11. Hot tab contractor. do we need to hire someone? Bids should be sought for this work. 12. Darin, invoice total for sheep. 13. Other business for discussion only. 14. Adjourn until December 18, 2025. This will be a public hearing.
