- Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a work session and city council meeting on November 18, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications.
