- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the: JORDANELLE MARINA AND RECREATION AREA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT Date and time: Tuesday, November 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm Location: This meeting will be held electronically via Zoom Information to attend virtually: To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board via Zoom webinar platform, register in advance using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_T38YyC9-T0aueTJtZWHe6w Agenda Welcome to the by Board Chair Gary Harter, Vice Chair Dustin Grabau and board members Ariana Farber, Mike Ostermiller, and Kurt Krieg. Review and approval of the June 19, 2025 meeting minutes. Consideration of Resolution 2025-03: Approving a quit claim deed that transfers ownership of a detention basin to BLX MWP-LON LLC- Presented by Richard Catten Executive Director update and board member comments - Heather Kruse Adjourn. By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
