- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 14th day of August 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from July 10, 2025. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: o Jeff Renshaw - 30 S 100 E - Renshaw's Handyman Service LLC - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: o Rod Buttars - 9 S Main - Zoning Clearance 3. Business - Simple Boundary Line Adjustment - Colby and Tami Nelson 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
