- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 12th day of November 2025 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from August 14, 2025. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: o Patio Enclosure - Craig Hidalgo - 27 W 300 S 3. Business - Minor Subdivision - Jeff Thomas - Willis Acres Subdivision Phase 2 - Final Plat 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
