Discussion and Consideration: Draft of Accessory Dwelling Unit ordinance. Discussion and Consideration: Ordinance review of permitted and conditional uses in all commercial and industrial zones. Discussion and Consideration: Short Term Rental (STR) ordinance review and any updates. Discussion and Consideration: Review Daggett County Code 8-3-6 Building Permit required; Utility Services Discussion and Consideration: Planning and Zoning By-Laws update. Old Business: Building Permit Report Land Use Violations Legislative requirements in adopting a Water Conservation Plan into the Daggett County General Plan. Ordinance draft of use changes in Residential and Agricultural Zones. County Commissioners are reviewing.
