- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson September 9, 2025, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, in the amount of $1,033,295.59 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Requests for accommodation and interpretive services must be made 8 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office on 435-462-2456 for information or assistance.
