- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 6:30 pm 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. B. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille. C. Discussion on Business License Procedures. D. Review of ACH Agreement with America First Credit Union for Payroll. E. Review of Ordinance Granting Electric Utility Franchise and General Utility Easement to Rocky Mountain Power. F. Discuss Yearly Service Maintenance Agreement with Matt Player. G. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from October 27, 2025, Council Meeting. - Treasurer's Report for October, 2025, - Claims against the City from October 10, 2025 - November 17, 2025. - Building Permit Report for October, 2025. - Work Order Report for October, 2025. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
