NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their questions or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eureka.utah.gov. The agenda shall be as follows: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. - Subdivision Checklists Resolution. 2. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille - Subdivision Standards Detail. 3. Discussion on Business License Fees and Procedures. 4. Discussion on Bookmobile. 5. Discussion on Lights and Security System - Review to see if past bid amounts would be honored or if new RFP is required. 6. Purchase Requisition for Chlorinator Parts. 7. Discussion of Adopting a Yearly Service Maintenance Agreement/Matt Player. 8. Discussion of Scheduling a Special Meeting to Canvass the 2025 General Election Returns. 9. Discussion for Future Meetings. CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who have submitted their questions or concerns in writing prior to the meeting may speak at this time, if present, but will be limited to two minutes each.). CONSENT AGENDA. 1. Approval of Consent Agenda Items. - Minutes from October 14, 2025 REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Council Member Kimberly Clements. 2. Council Member Tom Nedreberg. 3.
